Our source hierarchy, in order of trust:
- Official BSEB notifications and circulars
- The official Bihar STET registration portal
- Official Government of Bihar press releases
- Officially published PDFs (notifications, advertisements, syllabi)
We do not treat unofficial coaching-institute blogs, social media forwards, or unverified WhatsApp messages as sources, even if they’re widely shared.
How we label uncertainty
- “To Be Announced” — BSEB has not released this date/detail yet.
- “Not officially confirmed” — widely expected but not yet in an official document.
- “Based on the previous notification” — carried over from an earlier cycle as a reference point, not a confirmed figure for the current year.
We never present an expectation or estimate as if it were an official fact.
