CWC Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualifications differ by post. All candidates must possess the required certificates by 15 November 2026. Final-year students awaiting results are not eligible.

• Assistant Manager (General): Two-year postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in any discipline.
• Assistant Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology or related notified specialisations.
• Assistant Manager (Finance): Graduate in Commerce with three years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting; OR graduate in any discipline with CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate.
• Assistant Manager (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech in the respective engineering branch.
• Junior Executive (General): Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
• Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or Chemistry, with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.

CWC Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

• Assistant Manager posts (Codes 01 to 06): Online examination, document verification and interview.
• Junior Executive posts (Codes 07 and 08): Online examination and document verification.

The online examination has 200 objective questions carrying 200 marks plus an English descriptive test of 2 questions carrying 30 marks, in a 3-hour paper. One-fourth of the marks assigned to a question is deducted for every wrong objective answer. The minimum qualifying marks are 40% for unreserved candidates and 35% for reserved-category candidates in the subject-knowledge section and the descriptive test, wherever applicable.
